Custom Glasses

  • After booking, you will approve your design concept before we heat press your shirt. Design process for 1 glass takes 2-3 business days. After the design has been approved your order will move into production for heat press and delivery. Production takes 3 business days depending on the extent of the design.

     

    For glass quantity over 10 design process takes 3-5 business days. Production time is 7-10 business days.

  • Posh7 Marketing Prides ourselves on customer satisfaction and want to ensure our customers are always satisfied! 

    Full Refunds are only permitted if the following occurs:

    Delayed production on Posh7 end. (You will be given an estimate shipment date for your order to be shipped out to you. This does guarantee when your order will arrive as orders are affected by postal carrier so you must keep up with your tracking number)

    Partial refunds are provided in the following instance:

    Lifting of vinyl (You must show proof within 48 hours of receiving your item that your shirt vinyl is not at a quality standard and has peeled severly due to shipping. Posh7 Marketing does not provide refunds for any occurance after washing as we have no way of confirming if wash instructions were followed).
